Introduction to Energy Healing Weekend Workshop
Join energy healing masters Christina Ducharme (founder and Director), and Anna Crytzer (graduate and Year 1 co-teacher), for a two day exploration into healing through the human energy field. This class is both a stand alone, and an introduction to the three year Healing Journey Program
Deepen your understanding of the human energy field
Learn to perceive, open and charge your 7 major chakras
Learn to access the power of the tan tien, your intentionality, and align with your soul's longing for manifestation
Learn to use color and light for healing
Understand and practice the basics of energy healing
Receive and give healings with other participants

Exploring the Inner Sea: A Water Element Intensive

Come join teachers Kirk White and Christina Ducharme, as we deepen into our relationship with the Element Water through ceremony, magic, experiential, meditation, movement and more! We will explore our connection to Water, Self and Community.

Hara - Accessing the Power Within
Join us to learn how to access your personal power through the Lower Tan Tien, increasing your Qi, and aligning with your Shen/Spirit for manifestation aligned with purpose.

Hara is the Japanese term related to accessing the ball of power located in the abdomen known as the Lower Tan Tien. In this workshop you will learn how to connect to and utilize the power of the Tan Tien, an energetic ball of power which connects us to our Essence, Qi and the Earth. We will learn how to connect this energy to our Heart Spirit for manifestation aligned with our purpose. Explore intentionality, power, and fluid strength. Learn simple techniques to add to your daily meditation practice.
