I have an insatiable curiosity for learning, growth, and compassion for and with the experience of life.
As a skilled energy healer and wisdom coach I facilitate profound shifts and hold supportive space for client transformation. I work with clients through deep questioning, hand holding, with the energetic patterns in their body and field, and integrative breath and biomechanics. This combination of tools is powerful and allows the client to be aware of and shift their beliefs and actions to help themselves align, be comfortable in their own skin, and bravely move forward.
I have a deep reverence for our trip. For remembering ourselves home. For the big hearts we all have guarded so well. And, I feel so honored to work with people who are on this journey.
